I started playing rugby at age 41. After going on a big fitness journey and being a fan of the game for some time I decided to join a touch rugby team with Chesterfield Panthers.

 

After a lot of encouragement, I was convinced to join a ladies rugby union team and signed up with Sheffield ladies. With the great coaching and support I was soon playing full contact games as part of the team and haven't looked back!

 

I'm a huge advocate and supporter of women’s rugby and also a fan of international rugby union and rugby sevens.
