Simon is an Ex England u19’s & Nottinghamshire Cricketer, unfortunately having his career short due to multiple surgeries at an early age.

He is now the owner of SWFITLIFE, providing online monthly programming, weekly Instagram Live HIIT Bootcamps and mobile personal training around North London.

Simon is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, currently working with the Saracens junior academy.
